Double tubesheet heat exchanger is mainly applied in the working condition which 2 kinds of working mediums cannot be mixed in the heat exchanger. For example, for the regenerative heater in the air separation equipment, if the steam for heating goes into the regeneration gas channel, it will cause the molecular sieve of purification system poisoning. In case of slight result, it will lead to the short-term stop of the whole set of equipment. In case of serious result, it will lead to the scrap of a large number of molecular sieves and great losses. The double tubesheet structure can avoid the mixing of 2 kinds of working mediums and ensure the operating safety of system.
